Founded by Jerrod Blandino and Jeremy Johnson, Too Faced boasts products that are paraben free, cruelty free and vegan although I’m guessing not ALL their products are vegan. Today I review the cult favourite Better Than Sex mascara.
This is the travel sized product and comes in this box.

Description: Travel size mascara. Comes in 4.8 grams of product.

Bare lashes.
One coat.
Two coats.
Pros:
Thickens and lengthens very nicely!
Holds a curl pretty well.
Formula isn’t sticky or gloppy.
Very nice separation.
Doesn’t smudge on me (I don’t have oily eyelids).
Cons:
I DO NOT like the wand. It always hits my eyelids! I can’t get close enough to the bottom of my lashes without the bristles touching my eyelid.
The formula is grainy so at the second coat it the formula kind of balls up in some places.
I get fallout with this mascara.
A full tube costs MYR 90! I would NEVER buy a mascara that costly.
Rating: 6/10
I didn’t really like this mascara because although the effects on the lashes are amazing I cannot deal with the fallout. No… PASS!

I thought you already applied the mascara in the first photo. Then I read the caption that it’s bare!đŸ˜… Ugh you guys are lucky to have long lashes.☺ was planning to buy this only because of its name.đŸ˜›

Awwww, you so sweet! I think it’s the Indian genetics. My brother has ENVIABLY long lashes. You could snip them off to be used as falsies!

This is why I like reviews. People that rave about it I just can’t trust as much because they’ll rave only to rave with others. Thanks for the honesty. I do not like the look of that wand either lol.

I loved this mascara – from memory it’s been my favourite to date, but it’s been a while since I last had a tube! I didn’t get any smudging or crumbling though so I think I was lucky!

Ooh I got this recently too!
This gives you such amazing length and volume – wow! Hmm but I can see how the wand shape would hit your lids, that’s so annoying. I don’t understand why it has to have that shape – I bet if it was a straight wand or even tapered, it would apply just fine. But the fallout and the price, that’s the deal breaker! Thanks for your review – can’t wait to try this for myself!

Oh yea, tapered wand like the Essence Lash Princess one in the green tube! I love those skinny mascara wands. They catch all the thinnest tiniest lashes!

The fallout was the worst for me. Mascaras generally work for me and if it doesn’t it’s pretty crappy.

Those lashes though…….. gorgeous!!! I agree the fallout and the price are what kill me. AND THANK YOU! I poke my eye all the time with the wand! So I’m glad I’m not alone.

If you can find Catrice, do try the all round waterproof mascara and I have heard good things about the Roller Lash by Benefit.

Thanks for the review. I’ve always kind of strayed from buying high end mascara because I really believe there are lower end mascaras that work just as well if not better for a fraction of the price. I’ve yet to find a high end mascara that blows me away so much to deviate from my L’Oreal Carbon Black.. Thanks for the honesty and the post.

I think I can one up you and say that L’oreal mascaras here are something I’ve never tried because I think they’re too overpriced for something at the drugstore and I can get others for half the price and works just as well… đŸ˜› đŸ˜› đŸ˜›

ELF isn’t so easily available here! I would LOVE to try out ELF products but I am too stingy to buy it overpriced from Instagram resellers here.
