I was tagged by Stacey T of A Maple Girl (link here); a gorgeous blogger, she recently started sharing recipes even! She is, in fact, running a giveaway on her blog so do check it out! There’s a certain chocolate inspired palette up for winning! 😀

 

1. Which beauty blogger would you like to do your makeup?

Ellinor Rosander, more popularly known for her special effects work on the popular YouTube channel ellimacs sfx makeup (link here). She’s been a blogger long before her work on the YouTube channel and yes, I want to be transformed! Into a fantasy creature, with horns, claws and prosthesis, no less!

 

2. Which beauty blogger do you want to be your best friend?

Emily Noel of course!!! She started YouTube before blogging (blog link here) but both outlets were started way back in 2008. She’s the darling beauty YouTuber everyone wants to be friends with! And there’s no denying her talent in makeup! In fact, she inspired one of my more interesting posts about the simple joys of makeup (link here).

 

3. Which beauty blogger would you have a secret affair with?

I have a blogger in mind but my lips are sealed! *evil smiles* (or my fingers rather; because this is typed, get it? get it?? oh well….)

 

4. Which beauty blogger would you like to go on a shopping spree with?

Let’s make this a possible real life scenario shall we? Emily Quak; she is a local blogger and she is also a beauty YouTuber with the most number of subscribers in the country (Malaysia)! Her success is with good reason. She is pretty amazing at what she does. Also, I am being a little biased as well 😛 😛 😛 because she did choose me as a winner for two giveways (one with L’oreal Malaysia; mentioned here and another with The Body Shop Malaysia; a.k.a my The Power of Makeup post, link here).

 

5. Which beauty blogger could convince you not to buy something you’ve always wanted?

I don’t think anyone could, let alone a beauty blogger. The operative phrase here is “something you’ve always wanted”. I like to learn my own lessons. 😛 But I would agree with Stacey, Tati (GlamLifeGuru) is the one person that has swayed me away from products I may have contemplated purchasing. Tati isn’t exactly a blogger though so hey! Still no answer! 😛 😛 😛

 

6. Which beauty bloggers stash would you like to transplant into your room?

Emily Noel’s! Have you seen the number of Ikea Alex drawers in her room???!!!!

 

7. What are the top three items a beauty blogger has talked you into buying?

The Biore Perfect Cleansing Water (my review here), Chulip lip balm (my review here); these two were the doing of Emily Quak. Breena Beauty Face Luxe brush (my review here); this was not a coercion but something I purchased to show my support to a fellow Malaysian beauty blogger who’s doing great things. The blogger in question is Sabrina Tajudin (link here).

 

8. What are the top three items a beauty blogger talked you out of getting?

Maybelline Velvet Matte Liquid Lip Color via Sabrina Tajudin, Essence Metal Glam Eyeshadow and Revlon Single Eyeshadow (detachable ones) via Emily Noel.
